Annual HHA Training Requirements

Purpose: 

To meet annual requirements by the State of Minnesota, to meet annual Federal requirements to serve as a contracted worker for Recover Health, and to continue further education and skill of Recover Care frontline staff.

Measurement:

  1. Employees will achieve 100% compliance for required annual training

Process:

  1. The Following Courses Will Be Assigned All Recover Care Employees (8 Hours)
    • RHTRN - 2020 Recover Health Corporate Compliance Plan - Fraud and Abuse
    • RHTRN - Recover Care Policy and Procedure Manual (RHTRNRecCarePP)
    • RHTRN - MN - Minnesota Homecare Bill of Rights (RHTRNMNHBR) OR WI - Wisconsine Homecare Bill of Rights
    • Abuse and Neglect
    • Hand Hygiene: The Basics
    • Infection Control
  2. The Following Courses Will Be Assigned to All Recover Care Employees Serving As Contracted Employees (12 Hours)
    • Recover Health Policies and Procedures
    • RHTRN - Compliance - Emergency Preparedness Training
    • RHTRN - Infection Control: Prevention and Control
