To ensure employees are clear on job responsibilities and agree to the terms of the job description. 


  1. 100% of employees will have a signed job description in the employee record


  1. Facilitator will print out the job description, from the list below, ahead of orientation
  2. At orientation, all employees will be required to sign the job description. 
  3. Supervisor will also sign job description. 
  4. Office Specialist will upload to employee file
