Measurement:
- 100% of employees will have a signed job description in the employee record
Process:
- Facilitator will print out the job description, from the list below, ahead of orientation
- At orientation, all employees will be required to sign the job description.
- Supervisor will also sign job description.
- Office Specialist will upload to employee file
