Nextiva Soft Phone - Mobile

Purpose: 

To help employees get familiar with the Nextiva soft phone capabilities on a mobile device.

Measurement:

  1. Users are able to login and use the Nextiva app on their device without issues

Process:

  1. If the application is not installed, visit https://www.nextiva.com/support/articles/nextiva-app-overview-installation-and-setup.html
    1. Download the version from the app store for your phone (iOS or Android).  
  2. Options that you will use frequently include the Contacts, Dialpad and Call History
  3. On the contacts tab, you have the option to see your phone contacts so you don't have to cut and paste them everytime.  Click on the filter icon in the top right and then select "Local Address Book".
  4. Notifications of incoming calls will overlay anything you are doing on the phone currently, including existing phone calls:
