Purpose:
To not hold up the hiring process due to technology issues with our HR platform (PayChex)
Measurement:
- This process should be used rarely. Only when the system is having issues and a notification to IT should be made as part of using this process
Process:
- Print and have the potential employee sign all pages (even those without signature lines)

https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/document/forms/i-9.pdf - They only need to complete the MN or WI background (not both)
- Manually add the employee into the system. Cick the Add Employee (W2) option in PayChex and hire them in as normal.
- Scan the paper copy and upload it into the documents section of PayChex.
