Offline Employment Application MN and WI

Purpose: 

To not hold up the hiring process due to technology issues with our HR platform (PayChex)

Measurement:

  1. This process should be used rarely.  Only when the system is having issues and a notification to IT should be made as part of using this process

Process:

  1.  Print and have the potential employee sign all pages (even those without signature lines)

  2. Complete the paper i9 as part of this process:
    https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/document/forms/i-9.pdf
  3. They only need to complete the MN or WI background (not both)
  4. Manually add the employee into the system.  Cick the Add Employee (W2) option in PayChex and hire them in as normal.
  5. Scan the paper copy and upload it into the documents section of PayChex.
