To ensure consistency in hiring wage, and be competitive in the Home Care market.
Process:
- Administrator will utilize the below wage scale and definitions to making hiring decisions. For anything outside the normal scale, given experience, Administrator must seek Director Approval.

Level I | No experience - No CNA |
Level II | CNA; <1 year experience in Home Care |

Level V | CNA; 5+ years experience in Home Care |
