Purpose:
To ensure consistency in hiring and promotion wages, and be competitive in the Home Care market.
Process:
- Administrator will utilize the below wage scale and definitions to making hiring decisions and promotions. For anything outside the normal scale, given experience, Administrator must seek Director Approval.

Wage Level Definitions |
Level I | <1 year experience in Home Care or 180 days with Recover Care |
Level II | 1-3 year experience in Home Care or 1 year with Recover Care |
Level III | 3-5 years experience in Home Care or 2 years will Recover Care |
Level IV | 5-10 years experience in Home Care or 3 years with Recover Care |
Level V | 10+ years experience in Home Care or 4 years with Recover Care |
Promotion Definitions |
90 Days | Add $.50 to wage (unless removed at hire) |
180 days | Add $.50 to wage (unless removed at hire) |
Level II | 1 year with Recover Care |
Level III | 2 year with Recover Care |
Level IV | 3 years with Recover Care |
Level V | 4 years with Recover Care |
