Purpose:
With Director approval, the below rates may be applied to services provided as a "Friends and Family Discount"

| Homemaker/Companion - Visit | $65/visit | $55/visit |
| Nursing Supervision | $120/hour | $100/hour |
Process:
- A written request must be submitted to the Recover Care director
- Written approval must be obtained by Director to update rates, PRIOR to confirming rates with client
- Once approved, the client service plan must be updated to reflect these rates
- Once Director approval is obtained and the service plan is updated, the Team Coordinator will update the rates in the client's billing policy in ClearCare. See "Updating Unique Client Billing Rates"
