Taking a Referral and Associating A Prospect


To explain the process of taking a referral, how to document it and define next steps.


  1. All referrals are put into the system real-time or at first possible opportunity when not immediately in front of the computer.


  1. Listen for the contact / client story.  Document as much as you take, reflect the story back in a thoughtful way to ensure you understood.
    1. Capture all required details about the persona calling, the client, and the details of the care needs.
  2. Document the referral real-time in Clearcare when available to do so including the referral source which allows us to track the referral count and lifetime revenue associated with referral sources.
